Design and Scheme

With the development of two-dimensional computer-aided design (CAD) and the intensive reading of process engineering design requirements, paperless multi-dimensional computer-aided design software came into being. At present, our engineering design team uses the CATIA and inventor series of toolkits to ensure the consistency of the design process and the efficiency of collaborative work. CATIA is mainly used in the complex automobile, aircraft and mold industries such as multi-curve and multi-surface. Inventor focuses on engineering machinery products and non-standard equipment design industry. This computer-aided design tool achieves "what you see is what you get" with industry-leading DWG compatibility and large assembly capabilities, as well as advanced simulation algorithms that convert traditional data from 2D to 3D. Therefore, it has become a standard design tool in the field of international engineering.

Design and Solutions

Feature 1: Working together

We integrate this design tool with the database to configure a multi-point collaborative workflow system to form a unified information working environment. Both the project manager at the engineering site and the engineers on the other side of the ocean can work together in a “virtual work group”.

Feature 2: Greatly improve work efficiency

The design data of the past years can be effectively utilized, thereby shortening the design time, improving the design quality, and greatly improving the design work efficiency.

In the first quarter of 2014, Haideng Sis secured the general contracting project for the painting workshop of Jiangxi Isuzu Automobile Co., Ltd., part of the Jiangling Group, marking a strong start to the year.

In the first quarter of 2014, Haideng Sis secured the general contracting contract for the painting workshop of Jiangxi Isuzu Automobile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiangling Group, marking a strong start to the year. This project is another significant engineering undertaking for the company since 2003, following its previous large-scale projects including the topcoat line general contracting project for Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd., the topcoat painting line and automatic painting machine project for Jiangling Ford Motor Company, and the general contracting for the painting workshop at Jiangling Ford’s Xiaolan Plant (with a capacity of 20 JPH for the Maxus series and 40 JPH for passenger vehicles). This achievement underscores that the company’s comprehensive strengths—such as the quality of project delivery, operational service capabilities, and professional management level—have been fully recognized by its clients.

The company has successfully won the bid for the renovation and expansion project of the Shanghai Volkswagen CPH & CP5 black roof coating production line.

In June 2014, after thorough client deliberations and intense competition, our company successfully won the bid for the renovation and expansion project of the CPH & CP5 black-roof painting line at Shanghai Volkswagen. This project involves two high-specification manufacturing plants owned by Shanghai Volkswagen, located in Ningbo and Yizheng. Compared with similar projects, this one features a significantly larger contract value, higher technical specifications, a tight construction schedule, and considerable construction challenges. Our key advantage lies in the fact that since 2008, our company has been providing Shanghai Volkswagen with services for production line renovation and expansion. As a result, we have gained an in-depth understanding of our clients’ production processes and technological characteristics. During the bidding process, we fully demonstrated our design philosophy—“customer-centric perspective.”

The company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing Institute of Industrial Design.

In June 2014, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing Institute of Industrial Design. Leveraging their respective strengths in coating industrial process design and industrial architecture and utility infrastructure design, the two parties will collaborate on turnkey projects for large-scale automotive production lines, jointly creating value for customers. Established in 1961, the Beijing Institute of Industrial Design is a public institution under the supervision of the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It holds Grade-A design certificates in the fields of mechanical engineering, architecture, and metallurgy. After more than 40 years of relentless efforts, the institute has completed over 2,000 diverse design projects and has actively participated in the formulation of national and industry building standards as well as in the preparation of industrial and urban planning schemes, receiving numerous awards in the process.

Beijing Haideng Sis Industrial Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Established

In May 2014, Beijing Haideng Sis Industrial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Relying on Haideng’s many years of experience in the automotive coating industry, the company is committed to standardized project management for the planning, implementation, and operation of large-scale engineering projects. At the same time, in line with the technological trend of deep integration between industrialization and informatization, the company focuses on developing and promoting energy-saving technologies and equipment, emission-reduction and environmental monitoring information systems, as well as systems for collecting and analyzing production data, thereby enhancing the intelligence of manufacturing equipment and improving human-machine interaction systems.

Production line informatization

The industrialization and informatization of equipment manufacturing are undergoing a high degree of integration. Intelligent devices—represented by industrial robots—are emerging in large numbers. Moreover, leveraging mobile internet technologies, intelligence is penetrating from industrial settings all the way to end-user devices. For instance, real-time collection and analysis of production data are being used to enhance the intelligence of machine tools themselves; smart human-machine interfaces are being developed to improve the operability of production platforms, and so forth. The rise of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology is also integrating the entire lifecycle of vehicles—from manufacturing and usage to traffic management, maintenance, and information services into a cohesive whole. Without the software and hardware coordination of its electrical components, a painting-line process equipment would be like a person without a brain and nervous system—a cold, lifeless piece of machinery, just as a person without a brain and nervous system would be. It is precisely because of industrial informatization technologies and the ceaseless flow of information they generate that these seemingly inert machines can come alive, transforming into a unified, organically functioning entity. Currently, the information-based equipment on production lines includes process cabinets that manage power and control circuits, touchscreen workstations for on-site monitoring of production status, and central control systems for monitoring conveyor operations and process equipment. In addition, body-tracking systems have enabled flexible production, allowing production and sales personnel to promptly check on ordered vehicles. Such systems also help managers schedule production plans efficiently and coordinate overall production activities in real time. In a sense, production scheduling based on body-tracking systems not only seamlessly integrates with production plans but also significantly reduces energy consumption in workshops. All kinds of equipment in the painting workshop’s conveyor systems can be monitored from the central control room—including equipment status, alarm information, alarm archives, and alarm queries. Industrialization and informatization are now deeply converging, leading to the widespread emergence of intelligent devices, exemplified by industrial robots. Furthermore, thanks to mobile internet technologies, industrial intelligence—characterized by process control—is increasingly permeating toward general-purpose smart terminals. For example, by harnessing production data collection and analysis, we can enhance the intelligent feedback capabilities of machine tools; by adopting app-based technologies, we can create smart human-machine interfaces that improve the operability of production platforms; and the rise of V2X technology is integrating the entire lifecycle of vehicles—from manufacturing and usage to traffic management, maintenance, and information services into a seamless whole. We possess the capability to design the electrical control components for complete painting-shop equipment sets, and we can independently design and implement programming for central controllers and process-monitoring systems. Even for critical painting-intelligent equipment—such as painting robots—we have the expertise to program and control them. We believe that, as China’s mechanical precision-machining technologies continue to develop and improve, the localization of painting robots will no longer remain just a dream.
